When you use the contact form, we collect your name and email address. You may also provide a company or project name, a project description and an expected working cadence. Those additional fields are optional.
If we work together, we may process correspondence, project information, billing details and records needed to provide and manage the agreed services.
For relevant business development, we may use current professional contact information and company information that you have made public or that a legitimate business source lawfully provides. We limit this work to relevant business information.
Our hosting and security systems may process an IP address, browser and request information to deliver the site, prevent misuse and diagnose faults. The contact form uses a one-way hash derived from the submitting IP address for short-term rate limiting. The raw IP address is not included in the enquiry email.
Depending on the activity, our lawful basis is taking steps at your request, performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation or pursuing a legitimate interest. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the relevance of the contact, the information used and your rights.
